Dr. Niya Wanich earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from the Honors Program in Medical Education at Northwestern University Medical School. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Cornell Presbyterian Medical Center, and pursued her subspecialty training in Allergy and Immunology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine where she worked closely with Dr. Hugh Sampson at the Mt Sinai Center for Food Allergy.

Dr. Wanich completed her post graduate training at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in California. She returned to NJ in August, 2009 and joined Allergy & Asthma Specialists. Dr. Wanich is the recipient of many awards and has published and presented research on a variety of topics. Dr. Wanich is married and resides in NJ with her family. She is an active volunteer on behalf of children suffering with asthma. Dr. Wanich is Board-Certified in Pediatrics and Allergy and Immunology.
